1. Information Collection
In the course of using the System and App, you may provide us with personal data. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you, and information on your use of and activities at the System and our App that may be connected with you (“Personal Data”). Personal Data that we collect may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and home and business postal addresses. Personal Data may also include information you supply to us concerning your preferences and interests expressed in the course of use of the Site and App.
When you visit the System and or use the App our servers automatically record information that your browser and or App sends whenever you visit the System or use the App. This information may include, but is not limited to, your computer’s Internet Protocol address, browser type, the web page you were visiting before you came to the System and information you search for on the System. Precise GPS location in the course of using the System and App is collected only with your permission. WiFi and IP addresses received from your browser or App may be used to determine approximate location.
2. How We Use Personal Information
Personal Data is or may be used for the following purposes: (i) to provide and improve the System, App, Content, Services (as those concepts are defined in the Terms of Service) and other services, features and content offered by Enhatch, (ii) to administer your use of the System, (iii) to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate the System, (iv) to better understand your needs and interests, (v) to fulfill requests you may make, (vi) to personalize your experience, (vii) to provide or offer software updates and product announcements, and (viii) to provide you with further information and offers from us that we believe you may find useful or interesting, including newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information on services and products offered by us or third parties. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive any such communications, please follow the “unsubscribe” instructions provided in any of the communications sent to you.
Enhatch does not share, sell, rent, or trade personal data with third parties for their promotional purposes. Enhatch may share information collected with other companies that work on Enhatch’s behalf.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
3.1 Enhatch Users
We will display your Personal Data in your account page and elsewhere on the System and the App according to the preferences set in your account.
3.2 Service Providers, Business Partners and Others
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, to perform System-related services (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, and improvement of the System’s features) or to assist us in analyzing how the System and service are used. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf.
3.3 Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement Requests; Protection of Enhatch’s Rights
We may disclose to parties outside Enhatch files stored in your Enhatch Account and information about you that we collect when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with a law, regulation or compulsory legal request; (b) protect the safety of any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of Enhatch or its users; or (d) to protect Enhatch’s property rights.
3.4 Business Transfers
Enhatch may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, which may include your Personal Data, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets of Enhatch or parts of it, or in the event of bankruptcy.
4. Customer Data
Customers of Enhatch may electronically submit data or information to the company’s services (“Customer Data”). Enhatch will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data. Enhatch may access Customer Data only for the purposes of providing the services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Customer’s request in connection with customer support matters, or as may be required by law.
5. Cookies and other Tracking Technologies
Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are also used by Enhatch and our advertising partners and service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the System, tracking user’s movements around the System and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We do link some of this automatically-collected data to personal information. We do this to improve services we offer you, to improve marketing, analytics, or site functionality.
We use Local Storage Objects (LSOs) such as HTML5 to store content information and preferences. Third parties with whom we partner to provide certain features on our site or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity use LSOs such as HTML 5 and Flash to collect and store information. We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Software on your phone. This software may record information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personal information you submit within the mobile application.
6. Changing and Deleting Your Information
Upon request Enhatch will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your personal information. If you are a registered user, you may review, update, correct, or delete certain Personal Information provided in your registration or account profile by changing your account settings. If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our Service, you may update or delete it by making the change in your account settings, although (in some cases) we may retain copies of your information if required by law, to protect our rights, or if it is not technically reasonably feasible to remove it. You may at any time withdraw any consent that you have provided to us to process your information, or exercise any of the following rights by contacting us as provided below. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before taking further action on your request, for security purposes.
Right of Access – the right to be informed of and request access to the personal data we process about you;

- Right to Erasure – the right to request that we delete your personal data;

- Right to Data Portability – the right to request a copy of your personal data in electronic format and the right to transmit that personal data for use in another party’s service; and

This section is only applicable in case Enhatch or an Enhatch customer has shared Content with you from within the Capture/Enhatch for Marketing Mobile App. In order for Enhatch to provide services to its customers, certain data is collected by us in these situations. Below we explain why we collect this data and we let you know which data we collect.
Accessing and leaving the Enhatch Capture Website when a link is shared with you
A URL from Enhatch is typically shared with you via email, hence we receive your email address from our client, to provide you with access to the website and its content. We also log whether you enter the website, and if you have done so, when you leave the website page again. When you find the Enhatch content interesting and wish to share with others, we offer you the possibility to do so by performing the same sharing action via the Capture Mobile App. We then Track the same information which was recorded during your session.
Measuring the attractiveness of the shared content
We log which files and/or content are opened by you or clicked on, which pieces of the content are being viewed and the view time per content piece.
Your data will not be shared with other parties, except of course for the Enhatch customer who shared it with you, in order for this customer to offer you the best possible service.
Enhatch is very concerned with safeguarding your Personal Data. We employ reasonable measures designed to protect this information from unauthorized access.
